ABOUT ME
Oh lets see. Started brewing
because I needed a new hobby other
then blowing a shifts worth of pay
at the bar in 3 hours. Little did
I know huh. Now I blow through 1/2
weeks pay in 20 minutes at the
LHBS. I cook alot and also spend
alot of money on cooking and
stange, expensive ingredients.

I am slowly trying to build up to going
all-grain. I just got the capacity to do
full boils but barely. With every batch I
add more and more grain and less and less
extract. Although I dont have the money to
be buying a grain mill or the room to
store 50lb sacks of grain, hopefully with
my future move to a new place I will have
some room that I will be able to dedicate
to brewing and my supplies.
