ABOUT ME
I am a sales manager for an
engineering firm. I primarily work
with GE. I have way too many
hobbies and enjoy getting involved
with anything that everyone else
fears.
Love a good IPA and like most
other guys, just want to watch
college football while brewing and
drinking sweet wort for the rest
of my life.
I am a horror movie buff and have
built a collection of US banned
films. I am slightly screwed up
because of this hobby.
I am also an artist...paid my way
through college with this trade,
go figure. Want a tattoo?
By now, it is clear that I am a
sports/horror/artsy fartsy beer
member. I am glad to be a part of
the madness.
Cheers!

Future Brews I plan on becoming an IPA and Porter expert. I have big plans for this...cultivating my own hops and all. |

I started Fall of 2010 with a brew partner
that lived locally. Have since brewed just
about a dozen or more batches. Porters,
IPA's, Stouts, Blondes, ESB, Irish Reds,
and Wheats...
It wasn't long before I
switched to All Grain. Probably 2 or 3
batches of Extract. I am glad I did
because it makes the process so much fun.
I have a basic setup right now that I
have been sharing and using since my
start. I am ramping up quick...I have just
purchased a few Corny Kegs and acquiring 2
15.5 gallon kegs for my 2/3 vessel HERMS
setup. I am trying to build an entire
setup and should have it done by the
Spring 2012.
