ABOUT ME
Texas born and raised, now living
in good ol' Salt Lake City and no,
I have not converted to Mormonism;
I like beer too much! I have a
wonderful wife and 2 children...I
mean dogs. I constantly change
hobbies. Good thing beer goes
well with everything. I would
like to see some Utah brewers get
together for some tastings and get
feedback on our brews. Drop me a
line if interested.

I jumped in with both feet in 8/2008. I
had several friends' brews and always was
interested in doing it myself, I just
never made time. That has changed! I
started with a simple on-the-stove setup
with fermentation buckets. That lasted
about three months. I went to carboys
first, then more gadgets later. My
current setup is a single tier, 10 gallon,
175,000 BTU burner all-grain set-up and I
love it!
I am kegging as well. I
have a 2 tap kegerator in my kitchen.

| | Brew-Happy 11/04/2008 Gig'EM Ags! Whoop!
Glad to hear from a fellow Aggie!
What was your major?
Geology for me, but I am getting
my Master's out here in Georgia in
horticulture. Moving back to
Texas ASAP! I'm coming home!
We need to design some Aggie
beers. Say a Maroon and White
Brew (Deep red beer with a white
head )
Have you "met" any of the other
Ags on here? May need to make an
Aggie Group to keep up with Aggie
football.
Thumbs up,< |
