I grew up watching my Dad brew large
batches of Lager in our basement back home
in Maine so it is only fitting that I
continue the tradition. Now I grow my own
Cascade, Wilamet, Centennial hops and just
recently stepped into All Grain Brewing to
gain more control on flavor and mouth feel
profiles.
