Started home brewing and wine making in
2007, mainly out of curiousity. Bought a
V Vessel as a starter and have expanded to
several buckets. So far, use extract
kits. Brew one or two batches a month and
I am partial to Irish Stout, Scotch Ale,
and Porter. Make a monthly batch of wine
usually with Welch's concentrate, both
Niagra and Concord. Also experiment with
various fruit juice concentrates.
