Future Brews I want to keep a 4 ingredient American wheat on tap at all times. The gf wants more raspberry wheat, pumpkin spice, and winter spice ale. I really would like to create a perfect heff soon, but for now, i have a bell's 2 hearted ale clone that needs to be kegged and dry hopped. |

I was hired into brewing through John
Blichmann. I had no idea who he was, or
anything about brewing beer. Now I study
Palmer, BJCP guidelines, and R&D in
the coolest lab known to home brewing.
Pictures of that room get sensored for
content... its pretty awesome.
I have
a TopTier with three burners and
electronic control on the RIMS and brew 10
gal batches with a 20gal kettle. I ferment
in 14gal Fermenators and C'boys if needed.
My best brews so far have been a
Pumpkin Spice, IPA, Belgium Double,
Winterspice, Razz Wheat, Razz Cream, and I
believe the Imperial Stout is aging quite
nicely.
