My dad has been making wine for years. I
never had much of a desire to make wine,
so I didn't show a lot of
interest. Then one day I was looking
into how to make my own apple cider
(non-alcoholic, just fresh pressed
apples.) and I ran into a site on how to
make HARD apple cider. Next thing I
know I have bought all my equipment and
started a cider, mixed with honey... I
found out later that I had actually made a
cyser. After having that turn out
fantastic, I was hooked!
