Home brewing is something I've been very
interested in for years. Back in June when
a friend (who brews) was moving and
selling his gear I couldn't resist. I
bought all his stuff for about $100.
Finally brewed my first beer in June 08,
loved it and plan to brew many more.
My
goal is to brew a Kolch style ale. I live
in Alaska and one of my favorite beers is
Alaskan Summer Ale (a Kolsch style ale).
So we'll see how close I get. I must admit
what I've brewed so far is pretty tasty.
