I brewed my first two batches of all grain
beer in fall of 2008. I was getting used
to my new set-up, so I had some trouble
hitting my OG, but I got close and the
yeast seem happy, if not exhuberant and so
am I because I'm making beer. My setup
consists of two keggles and a ten gallon
igloo mash/tun with a steel braid. I got
70% on my first two brews. I am now up to
80%
