I got into home brewing after my brother
bought all the equipment, but realized
that he didn't have the time to actually
use it. After sitting in storage for about
a year, I decided that I should probably
put it to use! When I got the stuff, I
literally had no idea what half of it was,
so I went online and found this
site. My first brew was an American Ale
called "Righteous American Ale"
from Charlie Papazian's "The Complete
Joy of Home Brewing". It turned out
well, but plenty of room for
improvement. Since then I've brewed a
Wheat ale, Kolsch and most recently a
pumpkin ale, which I'm excited to try!
