Future Brews I'm currently working on my winter brews. I just brewed a Belgian style ale with Cara-Munich and Special B grains, Sterling and Liberty hops, Sucanat sugar and White Labs Belgian ale yeast. I'm also planning a basic milk stout and My first attempt at EdWort's Apfelwein, possibly spiced with a blend of cloves, cinnamon, orange peel, lemon, vanilla, fennel, anise, and juniper. |
Primary Empty |
Secondary Belgian strong dark ale |
Bottled I have a brown ale that just became ready to drink, an altbier that will be my fall brew, and a recently bottled IPA. |

I began home brewing because it satisfies
my passion for quality beer and exercises
my creativity. I am currently an extract
brewer and enjoy it thoroughly, but I
inevitably will advance to all grain when
time, money, and experience allow.
