I brew mostly IPAs right now but stouts
are next on the menu. I do all grain
brewing but I have no problem using DME to
help me bump up my gravity. LOVE hops and
I'm growing four different plants this
year. I plan on sending many samples out
for competitions this next year. My brewry
is down as I have just moved into a new
house and I need to get things in order
first. I plan on kicking off the first
batch around mid March 2010.
