I have been brewing since Christmas 2008
and loving every batch. I have already
gone from straight kits to my own recipes
and I can't wait to make the move to all
grain. I work off of a two-fermenter
Cooper's system and use a propane burner
for my boils. I love the creative aspects
of brewing and I am always on the lookout
for my next experiment.

a beer."
