I started brewing in February of '11. So
far, I'm doing two-stage, partial-grain
ales in 5 gal batches, using liquid yeast.
I'm using a 6.5 gal glass carboy as my
primary, and a 5 gal glass carboy as my
secondary. I've done an IPA (good), an
oatmeal stout with maple and brown sugar
(drinkable), an imperial IPA with
chocolate malt (really good), a saison
with orange peel and coriander (amazing),
and an American brown ale (TBA).
