I have many passions, but my most sacred
one is Brewing.
I have dreams of
becoming a pro brewer and eventually
opening my own chilli bar/ Brew pub.
I
concentrate on fermenting up mainly high
gravity beers. But delve into moderate for
the kiddies.
I work at Midwest Homebrew
and Winemaking supplies on the weekends I
dont have my son. I love sharing
information and being a consultant for
begginer to moderetly advanced brewers.
