ABOUT ME
http://www.myspace.com/maxhavoc Engineer, musician and brewer: What started out as watching someone brew a 5gal extract batch in May 2008 turned into my own little brewery. It all really started when I fixed a "broken" frig at my house (diagnosed everything only to find out the thermostat was set at 0; roommates already had bought a replacement). Drilled a hole for tap#1 and now I have a 4 tap kegerator and a 20# tank. Between band members and roommates, they help me keep good 5 gal batches around only about 4-7 days. I only brewed 4 partial mash recipes before I jumped into all grain. Picked up an all grain setup (sculpture and 4 keggles) from someone getting out of 10 yrs of brewing. Part of the Austin Zealots brew club.

I have some yeast that I washed from a stout I just did and this stout came out the balls, I was thinking a bit more choclate too around 6oz or so, dont know why but i did. Im a half and half brewer I just dont have the room to go all grain yet, but heres what I was thinking
1 lb of chocolate malt
1 lb of roasted barley
3.3 lbs of Mutons Dark
1 lb of Lactose, for the creamy texture
6oz of baker chocolate
and I was going to ask you about the bananas.
