ABOUT ME
I just got out of the Army after
10 hectic years. I joined the
January before September 11th so
you can imagine how busy those 10
years were. I was a paratrooper
with the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
I'm planning on attending
brewmaster school late this year
or early next year and would like
to open my own microbrewery.

I've been homebrewing for about 8 years
now and got into all-grain brewing after
about a year and a half. I am upgrading
to a brewsculpture and can't wait for it
to arrive. I use two MoreBeer conicals for
fermentation in two separate
refrigerators. I use a Ranco digital
controller to control internal temps. I'd
like to get some sort of filtration set up
to brighten my beers but haven't done so
as of yet.
