I saw a recipe for honey beer on a
beekeeping forum, and wanted to give it a
try. I've been brewing a batch or two each
month since. I've found a few recipes I
like, a few I don't, and most are in the
middle somewhere. I haven't done so many
yet that the lure of variety is outweighed
by any particular recipe.
