Started my home brewing about 15 years ago
after an Uncle of mine donated all his
equipment to me. I brewed extract for a
couple of years and then went on a long
home brewing hiatus.
In early 2009 I
decided I was going to start back up, but
only wanted to do all grain. I am glad I
made the decision. It has been fun, and
the beer has been great.
