By the time this is being read the numbers
will be wrong but started with a basic kit
and 4 gallon stock pot 8 batches ago.
Since then I've acquired a Blichmann 10
gallon kettle, 2 Igloo coolers (MLT/HLT),
March pump, plate chiller, SS immersion
chiller, pre-chiller (Dallas' tap temp is
85-90 deg), tons of 1/2" silicone
tubing and SS quick disconnects. I added a
kegerator w/2 taps and want to add a third
w/nitrogen for stouts. Trying to tell
myself I need to earn my next big
additions (by creating spectacular brews
first) but most likely going to have
conical fermenter(s) soon. Pretty much
stuck with lagering in the garage fridge
since there's just no room for additional
appliances (intrigued by the idea of
building a glycol jacket for my fermenter
connected to an aquarium chiller or
equivalent. Somewhere along the way a
garden shed to get all this stuff out of
the house is in the cards too. Someday I
will have a Brew-Magic rig but that's a
loooong way out.
