ABOUT ME
disabled heavy truck mechanic. Just spent 2 years as a contractor in Iraq. Learning to home brew a Hefe that is comparable to the ones I remember drinking in Germany in the 80's. About 99% done with my three tier brew tower complete with RODI water, Multiple burners and a march pump to give gravity a boost if it needs it. My hop yard is up to 20 plants and 6 different varieties and my corona crusher is about fiished and ready to get put to work. I have the addiction bad!!!! And I already have the kegging kit for when I do get a batch finished. Seems like I am really having more fun building and solving the engineering issues right now. I can brew at night and all winter so I have plenty of time... Bob,"wheelieng through life in my happy chair"

BREW HISTORY
Finished a Mr Beer 2.5 gallon. It's
ageing. Already bought the equipment to
go all grain. Psuedo hefe on deck next.
This stuff is like crack, once you get a
good taste ya gotta have more and more to
satisfy the need. Pics of my tower build
coming soon!!!! Got the tower about 90%
complete, working on the electronics to
monitor and control temps accurately.
Added a RODI and a March pump and just
found a slick way to make a tippy MLT
dump. "Build in the quality now,
better brew will result later" Bob

Walter,
Just ordered a new 809 PL-HS for my rig. Austin Hombrew had about the best price going with freight. I would have liked to get more than one but at a buck 45 a pop I am gonna have to save a while longer for the next one. Thanks for a great product that I hope will give me many years of trouble free service on my brew tower.
Thanks
Bob
