In February of 2006 I received a HB
starter Kit for my Birthday. Two months
later I deceided it was time to make that
batch. It was ok, but looking back it had
a green apple flavored flaw. I made my
second batch 3 months after that, both
extract, then did a partial mash. Still
felt that was cheating, then dove into
AG.
Here I am 2.5 years later and am
contstantly upgrading my home system and
am now part owner of a small
brewery.
