ABOUT ME
I live in Lambertville, MI next to
the border of Michigan and Ohio.
Living here makes it tough to be a
Wolverine fan! I have two sons
and a baby girl that is 11 months.
My hobbies include brewing (of
course), hunting, fishing,
attending Michigan games and going
to the cottage during the summer.

I started homebrewing back in school at
Western Michigan. During our fledgling
attempts, we carbonated each bottle and
didn't pay much attention to cleanliness
and sanitation. Needless to say, the beer
wasn't any good! Recently, my cousin,
Bob, started brewing and it got me
interested again. With all of the new
websites for recipe kits, it is so much
better and a lot more fun! Plus, the beer
is much better! I have done three batches
including two extract batches with
specialty grains and some applewine. I
plan to invest in all grain with the
intention of getting a keggle system
someday. My next project wil be making a
keezer and kegging. Really looking
forward to having beers on tap!
