I got a copy of How to Brew 6 years ago,
read it, and never brewed. My friend read
it and started. Now 5 years later, he's a
veteran brewer and I'm a
n00b!,
Currently working with a 6.5 Ale
pail, 5 and 4gal pots and 5 gal carboy.
Built myself a MLT and a fermentation
chiller and just got a new refractometer
to replace a dropped hydrometer.
