started from Kits back in Canada in 1987.
Mainly extract and partial mash (Nothing
Fancy). Some times all grain with friends.
I brew in my kitchen and ferment in my
laundry room. Stepped up to kegerator in
2009, but I still like to bottle (22 oz
min).
