I've always been interested in it. In high
school I attempted to brew some hard
cider, but that didn't end up working out
extremely well.
Current setup:
6.5gal
BB Carboy with racking system. My primary
for this batch, but will become a
secondary down the road
6.5gal glass
carboy which is my secondary.
Ale Pail
which is now a backup and might later on
become a primary
Bottling Bucket, which
might be phased out or become a second
primary for dual brewing
