Westvleteren Apt 12 Clone. My favorite beer in the world is the Westy 12. If I can make a clone that is so close I can't tell the difference, I will die a happy man. |

My friend LTJudge got me into trying real
beer, and then he got me into brewing it.
Only been doing this for about a year, but
I love it. Made about 4 batches so far.
Just jumped to kegging, and building my
mash setup. My favorite styles are stouts
and belgians (Trappist).

e-bay, some of the sellers I
purchased from no longer offer
westvleteren. However I have
purcahse from a seller that goes
by Gilbert007 he currently has two
case of westie 12/8 mix for sale.
about $199 plus shipping which
will run you about $104 to the
U.S. I know its costly, but what
the hell we only live for a short
while on this planet and you can't
take your money with you.

book by Stan Hieronymus Brew like
a Monk. It has great info on
Westvleteren and all the Trappist
ales. I too am a great lover of
the Westie 12. I have a case of
12's 8's and a couple of
blondes.
