I started out when i was 10 helping my
dad, who brewed ever so often but I picked
it up when I was 19, my dad passed down
the equipment he had left (3 6gal carboys,
bungs, air locks, kettle, burner,
utensils, BOTTLES, and a few other bits
and pieces i.e. tubing/ fittings) and I
got what was needed to make my first batch
of accidental steam bear, i read the
"bible" and got a recipe called
crabalock german pils, and it ended up
becoming a steam bear because i didnt have
any place to lager. turned out great and
have been enjoying it since. after 3
batches ive been working on all grain
brewing and partil mash i find it very
simple for the multi stage.
