Started brewing in the summer of 2007 with
a friend. Made one bad batch then got on
a good streak of nice brews. Switched to
AG around January 2008 and have been doing
that since then, trying to chase down some
infection issues, also building a new
natural gas system so brewing is on a hold
for now.
