A co-worker gave me some homebrew he got
from another guy.
Said he didn't care for
it.
While it was drinkable, it wasn't
commercial quality.
That got me to
thinking. I'll bet I can make beer.
Well,
I found out that anyone can make
"beer', but making excellent beer
takes a lot more knowledge than those kit
instructions you get from a homebrew
supply.
After about twelve 5 gal.
batches, and tons of research I've finally
got to the point of making really good
beer.
I've made a couple killer beers in
the two dozen batches since, and some
pretty good ones too.
