Primary changes up too often to keep updating (need to spend time brewing and not editing a profile) likely an IPA, EPA, American Brown, Stout/Imperial Stout, and on occasion a cider or a mead |
Secondary Secondary is overrated- go buy a conical (you won't regret it) |
Bottled Too much work |
Kegged Beer, Beer, more Beer- mostly Ales, Hard Cider, maybe a Mead, oh and some version of a soda for the kids. |

After +10 years of sitting on the bench,
I'm back in the game. I've done the
bucket, carboy and bottle thing, and it's
really over rated (sure it's cheap, but
too much work to really enjoy yourself) so
I promised myself that I would only start
up again once I was in a place to do the
things I wanted to but didn't have the
space or $$ needed at the time.
New set
up is based on all the great advice others
have given over the years, so I'm a BIAB
AG to Conical to Keg to Glass brewer with
a focus on process simplicity and
efficiency so I can spend less time and
effort on the process of brewing and more
on ingredients and developing recipes that
are my own.
