ABOUT ME
I'm 40, have 3 children. 2 sons,
1 daughter. Oldest son is a
Marine, Youngest son is 16, and my
daughter is 4. I live with my
girlfriend, been together 6 years.
we love to fish together, she
supports me in all i do. it's
great. we have 50 chickens, and 2
dogs. i am an HVAC technician, 16
years now. Brewing is awesome.

I became interested, late last year. My
first fermentation was a one gallon batch
of Mead.
My first recipe was a kit from
Brewer's Best, Irish Stout
I tweaked it
with some of my home made maple syrup.
