I started drinking good beer the day I
turned 21 and have never gone back. I
tried brewing extract back in college,
messed it up and didn't try again for
about 7 years.
Then I started with the
Brooklyn Brew Shop one gallon all-grain
batches. I quickly realized that their
instructions were awful and one gallon
bathes were a total waste of
time/money/effort so I switched to 3
gallon and now do 5 all grain gallon
batches.
