ABOUT ME
I live and work in the Western
Suburbs of Chicago selling
hydroponic equipment. I've been
brewing for about 10 years,
all-grain for the last 6 years. I
like the Chemistry of Beer as well
as the taste and buzz (I have to
admit).

Like to make my own things from scratch,
especially food and beer. I didn't even
drink beer through college and
grad-school. I started about 4 years ago,
after I was brewing beer for friends and
they liked it. I had exposure to schwag
beer like Heineken, Miller, Bud etc and,
Whats to like about those? When the
micro-brew revolution hit it dawned on me
that this was an amazing avenue of
personal expression and diversity. There
are a myriad of interesting that affect
and touch beer and brewing - topics
ranging from History and Politics to
Chemistry and Geography and I love them
all.
