I received a gift certificate to Midwest
Brewing supplies for Christmas from my
mother in 2010. I am a full boil extract
brewer (no can kits) and I always steep
specialty grains in my beers. I also have
brewed a few variations of EdWort's
Apfelwein. I have a kegmeister that I am
adapting so it can also be used for 4
corny kegs or one commercial keg. Until
now I have only brewed ales and Apfelwein
but I am on the verge of my first lager,
now that I learned from HBT you can lager
in the keg!
