I am a 24 year old, part time college
student and a full time employee so my
brewing time is sometimes limited. I brew
with a group of mainly 3 friends here in
College Station. We brewed our first
extract with specialty grains at the very
end of December 2010 so obviously we are
still a little green to everything however
we have been making pretty large strides
so far. I hope to post a build thread
very soon of our brand new 2 tier all
grain system as well. We've been through
10 total brews, the first 3 were extract
with specialty grains, and the previous 7
were more true "mini-mash" kits.
Our next kit already purchased and in the
beer fridge is Austin Homebrew's Irish Red
Ale, this will be our first all grain brew
probably early next week.
