All grain brewer. Batch size: 5-15
gallons. I have both 40qt & 80qt
kettles. One 70qt tun. Kettles fired by
natural gas ring-burners. Immersion
chiller: Fifty feet of 1/2" copper
tubing with an ice water recirc. Ferment
in plastic. One Sanyo 4912 and 14 cornie
kegs. Loads and loads of bottles!
