ABOUT ME
I started brewing around the first
of the year and really love it, it
reminds me a lot of cooking, there
is so much you can do to create
interesting beers and I can't find
nearly enough time to brew.
I am married and have 2 children
and one of our favorite things to
do is camp. We have a Coleman
Santa Fe pop-up camper and we try
to go at least 7-10 times a year
and visit mainly Missouri State
Parks.
I work in IT but my real goal is
to open a restaurant or diner of
some sort. I love to cook and
while I do not have the most
sophisticated palette but I do
enjoy creating and serving great
tasting food.

I took some gift cards I got at xmas and
bought a homebrew kit from the lhbs. I
already had a turkey fryer and a 4 gallon
SS pot so I was ready to roll. I
currently have your standard 6.5 gallon
plastic pale for a primary, a 6.5 gallon
carboy and a 5 gallon carboy for my
secondary fermenters. I also have a 48qt
Igloo cooler that I converted to a MLT.
I like to make APA and IPA's but want
to start branching out to some other
styles.
