I grew up in utah with restricted access
to beer in general, but after moving to
detroit where there are more party store's
than church's I found my self tasting
everything, I ran out of options quickly
other then to experiment with my own style
so my self and my wife have been brewing
up something new weekly with a few repeats
for the last few years. and as a side note
I have recently been working on mastering
different forms of sour mashed brew..
