Belgian wit-My Dim-wit as I like to call it. F'ed it up somehow. Looking forward to trying it out soon. Well I tried it and it was great. Had a little too much citrus flavor at first but mellowed quickly. Just proves the mantra, if you are going to throw it out, wait a few weeks and try again. It may be great!! |

equipment. Brewed 2 extracts, now onto
all-grain.
